 Shesh Nag kaal sarp yoga is said to occur in a native's horoscope when ketu and Rahu are on the axis of 12th house and 6th house in a manner that Rahu is placed in the 12th house which means ketu will have its place in the 6th house exactly at 180 degrees from Rahu and all other planets being sandwiched between these two planets.
